Notes on EmergencyRequests
Do not use the voice activation system to initiate an Emergency Request. In stressful situations, the voice and vocal pitch can change. This can unnecessarily delay the establishment of a telephone connection.
Instead, use the SOS button, refer to page 260, in the vicinity of the interior mirror.

Entering a phone number
Dialing a number
When entering phone numbers, you can switch
between entering letters and numbers.
Service numbers can be entered more easily,
e. g. 1-888-BMW-CARD.
