▷ To raise: pull.
▷ To lower: press the button, arrow 1, and
push the head restraint down.
In vehicles equipped with 3rd row seats, the height of the middle head restraint is not adjustable.
Removing
1. Pull the head restraint upward to the stop.
2. Press the button, arrow 1, and pull the head restraint out completely.
