Placement of the tether strap

1.  Push the head restraint upward.
2.  Guide the upper retaining strap between the head restraint holders.
3.  Use the hook to clip the retaining strap to the anchor.
4.  Push the head restraint into its lowermost position.
5.  Pull the retaining strap taut.
